We can work with you to create your own bauble design, something truly unique!

Simply provide us with a description of the design you are looking for, or upload an example of the design. Some images will be unsuitable for placement on a bauble. If this is the case we will contact you immediately and you will receive a full refund.

Once your order is received, you will receive a digital mock up of your design within 3 business days, which will require your approval. Upon approval of your design, please allow a further 5 business days for production. Bulk orders of 20+ will have a longer production time.

Standard shipping times are 3-5 business days with Australia Post. Please be aware of increased shipping times with Australia Post during the holiday season.

As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If however your product has a quality issue, we will happily provide a replacement free of charge.
